3 Beasiswa Pemerintah Indonesia 2026 yang Bisa Menanggung UKT hingga Uang Saku Mahasiswa

Keterbatasan biaya kerap menjadi alasan banyak siswa menunda bahkan mengubur mimpi melanjutkan pendidikan ke perguruan tinggi. Padahal, kondisi ekonomi seharusnya tidak menjadi penghalang untuk meraih masa depan yang lebih baik.
Pada tahun 2026, pemerintah Indonesia kembali membuka sejumlah program beasiswa yang dirancang untuk membantu calon mahasiswa dari keluarga kurang mampu. Beasiswa ini tidak hanya membebaskan biaya kuliah (UKT/SPP), tetapi juga menyediakan uang saku dan bantuan transportasi, sehingga mahasiswa dapat fokus belajar tanpa terbebani persoalan finansial.
Berikut tiga beasiswa pemerintah yang bisa menjadi peluang besar bagi calon mahasiswa pada 2026.
1. KIP Kuliah (Kartu Indonesia Pintar Kuliah)
Kartu Indonesia Pintar (KIP) Kuliah merupakan salah satu bantuan pendidikan paling populer di Indonesia. Program ini terbuka bagi mahasiswa vokasi dan S1, baik di perguruan tinggi negeri maupun swasta.
KIP Kuliah umumnya dibuka lebih awal dibanding beasiswa lain, yakni sekitar awal Februari, bersamaan dengan pendaftaran SNBP 2026. Selain menanggung biaya kuliah, penerima KIP Kuliah juga memperoleh uang saku bulanan.
Persyaratan penerima KIP Kuliah antara lain:
- Siswa SMA atau sederajat yang akan lulus pada tahun berjalan atau maksimal dua tahun sebelumnya
- Memiliki potensi akademik baik, namun mengalami keterbatasan ekonomi
- Lulus seleksi penerimaan mahasiswa baru dan diterima di PTN atau PTS dengan program studi terakreditasi Unggul/Baik Sekali, serta dimungkinkan pada prodi Baik dengan pertimbangan tertentu
Kondisi ekonomi calon penerima dibuktikan melalui kepemilikan KIP, terdaftar dalam DTKS, atau sebagai penerima bantuan sosial seperti PKH, PBI JK, dan BPNT. Selain itu, mahasiswa dari kelompok masyarakat miskin atau rentan miskin maksimal desil 3 PPKE, serta anak panti sosial atau panti asuhan juga termasuk sasaran.
Bagi calon mahasiswa yang tidak masuk kategori tersebut, tetap dapat mendaftar dengan syarat pendapatan gabungan orang tua maksimal Rp4 juta per bulan, atau pendapatan per anggota keluarga maksimal Rp750 ribu, dengan melampirkan Surat Keterangan Tidak Mampu (SKTM).
2. Beasiswa Indonesia Maju (BIM)
Beasiswa pemerintah lainnya adalah Beasiswa Indonesia Maju (BIM) untuk jenjang S1. Pada tahun sebelumnya, BIM membuka dua jalur program, yaitu beasiswa bergelar (degree) dan non-gelar (non-degree).
Program bergelar diperuntukkan bagi Warga Negara Indonesia yang telah diterima di perguruan tinggi tujuan dan memiliki Letter of Acceptance (LoA) Unconditional. Sementara jalur non-gelar ditujukan bagi siswa kelas XI yang memiliki prestasi nasional maupun internasional, baik akademik maupun non-akademik.
Pendaftaran BIM biasanya diawali dengan pengisian data awal pada bulan Maret, dan dibuka dalam dua gelombang. Cakupan beasiswa ini meliputi uang saku, biaya transportasi, serta biaya pendukung lainnya, di luar pembebasan biaya kuliah.
Adapun persyaratan umum Beasiswa Indonesia Maju meliputi:
- Warga Negara Indonesia dengan identitas resmi
- Lulusan SMA/SMK/MA sederajat untuk jenjang S1
- Dokumen akademik lengkap
- LoA Unconditional dari perguruan tinggi tujuan
- Sertifikat bahasa asing
- Surat keterangan sehat dan bebas narkoba
- Esai dan persyaratan tambahan lainnya
3. Beasiswa Pemerintah Daerah
Selain beasiswa dari pemerintah pusat, pemerintah daerah juga banyak membuka program bantuan pendidikan. Beberapa di antaranya adalah KJMU dari DKI Jakarta, Jabar Future Leader Scholarship dari Jawa Barat, serta berbagai beasiswa dari pemerintah kabupaten dan daerah lainnya seperti Sidoarjo dan Berau.
Calon mahasiswa disarankan untuk secara rutin memantau situs resmi pemerintah daerah masing-masing, karena ketentuan dan jadwal pendaftaran dapat berbeda-beda.
Dengan hadirnya berbagai program beasiswa ini, keterbatasan ekonomi seharusnya tidak lagi menjadi alasan untuk menyerah. Kesempatan kuliah tetap terbuka lebar bagi siapa pun yang mau berusaha dan mempersiapkan diri sejak dini.
